Apparel for daily reminders.
You wake up feeling heavy sometimes, the weight of the day making it feel almost impossible to get out of bed. Throw on a comfy tee or hoodie that reminds you: “I am strong, I am capable, I am resilient. I can do this.”
You have seen struggle and fought your way back. Through those struggles, you never let your heart grow cold, but you’re learning how let boundaries protect it. You love deeply, sometimes it feels like you feel too much, but you know in your heart that doesn’t make you weak. You’ve climbed mountains and it hasn’t been easy, but you’re here now.
You are the wolf.
“You have been assigned this mountain to show others it can be moved.”

Meet the founder
I have spent time with wolves and they are some of the most beautiful teachers and healers. They give healing and loving energy, while still protecting their own energy. What it is to spend time with them, I can’t put into words, but they have always reminded me of the strength we all have inside of us.
My name is Tara Victoria. The idea to create You are the Wolf came out of my pain, healing, learning, and growing through my experience with abuse. The more time passed from those dark moments, the more YATW grew into something for everyone–a reminder of hope and strength for whoever needs it, where ever they may be, for whatever battle they may be facing. A reminder that we’re all carrying our own struggles and that we’re not alone in this world.
You are the wolf is a reminder of strength. It’s a symbol for hope, healing, community, and love. It’s a reminder to be gentle with yourself and reflect on how far you’ve come, regardless of where you are in your life. It’s self protection and empowerment, married with the ability to love and be loved.
So wherever you are in this moment, however this found you…never forget: you are the wolf.
