Radical self acceptance

Story by Meg Lewis. Meg recalled her favourite thing to do as a child: long road trips with her family. During the trips, she would simply sit and be alone with her thoughts in complete contentment. She’d question and wonder about everything in the most curious way. Meg feels emotions very differently and spent many years trying to emulate instead of unapologetically feeling how she felt. She now has a radical self acceptance for herself and strives to encourage those around her to love themselves, spend time alone (and enjoy it!), and embrace their most authentic selves (poop jokes and all)!

To Meg: You are one of the most fascinating people I’ve ever met. Your unconditional love for yourself inspires me to dig deeper in compassion and love for myself.
